Bust
Measure the circumference of your bust by placing one end of the measuring tape at the fullest part of your chest, wrap it under your armpits and around your shoulder blades and back to the front to be able to read the measurement.
Waist
Measure the circumference of your natural waistline located above your belly button and below your ribcage. Be sure to breathe normally to ensure an accurate measurement.
Hips
Measure the circumference of your hips by placing the tape on the largest part of your behind, it helps to do this in front of a mirror to ensure you are measuring the correct spot.
Sleeve
Measure from the point of the shoulder down to the wrist.
Arm
Measure the circumference of your bicep.
