A vision born from the desire to bring effortlessly elegant pieces to the New Zealand market, Caitlin Crisp represents a timeless femininity that both celebrates and commends women no matter their life path. Caitlin is inspired by her muses; her Mother and friends, therefore designs classic silhouettes for her past, present and future self.

Approaching design with longevity and versatility at the forefront of her mind, Caitlin Crisp is dedicated to releasing curated collections from easy everyday pieces to eventwear… every season is filled with fun, feminine, forever pieces!

Caitlin’s Story

Caitlin Crisp was born and raised in Christchurch, New Zealand. Once finishing her fashion & design studies she began creating one-off pieces and made to measure order. Caitlin’s namesake label has organically grown into a curated collection of timeless, fun and easy to wear pieces that are elegant but full of character.

Since the business was established in 2019, the team has grown to 6 employees and many outworkers both onshore & offshore. The CC HQ is located in the heart of Auckland City’s Eden Terrace.

A small but mighty team of 6… meet the girls & their positions below.

Caitlin
Founder / Director

It’s me, hi, I’m the designer, it's me!
I have been sewing since I was very young, always a lover of scrunchies, bows and all things frilly! Although my job and responsibilities in the business have grown hugely in the last 5 years, I still wish I could spend all day sewing. It’s always been my mission in design to make pieces that make people feel amazing, nothing gives a woman more confidence than when they feel incredible in themselves, a pretty dress goes a long way. My mission in business is to create the most fun, supportive community who are all here because they want to be, not because they ‘have’ to be.
Proof is in the pudding - I work with all of my best friends and most of them have been with me since we started, I love my CC girls.

Showroom & Bridal Manager

I am Caitlin's best friend, maid of honor, karaoke partner, Showroom & Bridal manager! After helping her out part time as the business grew, I saw a huge opportunity for her to go into Bridal so put a case together for her and from that, CC Bridal was born! It feels as much my own baby as hers and we are so excited to watch it grow.

I have been working with Caitlin since the beginning in 2019, with what started as a bit of help with socials organically grew into my diverse roles as Marketing, Social & PR Manager while also assisting Caitlin with design ideas, fabric selections etc!

I am the newest team member, General Manager of the gorgeous CC girls. It's a new role with so much potential. I’ll be helping Caitlin grow into the next stage of business. I’ll take on managing the CC girls and retailers so she can focus on what she does best - design!

I am the production manager! I bring all of CC’s designs to life and have been working here since 2021. Caitlin was a one man band when I met her, working out of an old classroom and definitely in need of some help! We met for a coffee and the rest is history.. We’re in a much nicer studio now but it’s just as fun as when I first started and we were figuring everything out for the first time.

Sampling Manager

I am Caitlins Sampling Manager. I get to spend all day working on CC’s new ideas and designs! It’s incredibly rewarding seeing the collections come to life when we launch a collection. I get to show my family and friends all the pieces I have been working on for the past 6 months! I started as an intern for Caitlin when I was studying Fashion at University, she then created a part time role for me which quickly turned into full time.
