All orders over $500 within New Zealand & Australia are shipped free of charge, even those of you off the beaten track! Every package is sent with our local courier and is tracked. If you need your order urgently, please email us at info@caitlincrisp.com. 

We offer flat rate shipping around the world - just add your address at check out to choose the appropriate option below so we can get your order to you as quick as possible! All international orders over $1,000 automatically receive free shipping. 

New Zealand: $10 flat rate shipping. (Or FREE SHIPPING on orders over $500)

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES: 

For Australian orders, all duties and taxes are covered by Caitlin Crisp - no surprises at checkout or delivery.

For all other international destinations, orders may be subject to import duties and taxes determined by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

If any international order is returned (in part or in full), any duties and taxes paid are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund or store credit.

Australia DHL: $25 flat rate shipping (or FREE SHIPPING on orders over $500).

International Priority via DHL: $60 flat rate shipping (or FREE SHIPPING on orders over $1,000).
