How did you and your husband meet?
We met on a boat during the America's Cup! I was third wheeling a friend's date and he was doing the same. Both in the right place at the right time.
What was your first dance song?
An acoustic version of 'Love to Give' by Dimension
What did you walk down the aisle to?
'Marry You' But with the words changed to "It's a beautiful night, she's looking for something fun to do.. Hey baby, she's gonna marry Andrew!" and Tenerife sea, Ed Sheeran.
What was the most memorable moment of your day?
SUCH a hard one, the whole day was amazing! I really loved our first dance and having a sneaky practice on the tennis court before we had to do it for real - a moment in the day just for us.
What was your wedding colour palette?
Pink, green and natural colours and textures to work with the garden party setting.
Any wedding vendors in particular that you loved working with or want to give a special mention to? (florist, photographers, catering, music, furniture hire etc.)
My friend Jamie from Toast! Her and her team made the day run so smoothly and she was such a great help leading up to the big day. I loved all of our vendors, they were all incredible.
Advice to brides starting the hunt for their dream dress?
Have a think about what shapes and styles you've worn and loved before, going for what suits your body type and personality rather than something you've seen on someone that may look nothing like you!
Advice to brides starting the hunt for their dream bridesmaids dresses?
I know it's 'your' big day but they are such an important part of it and if they feel amazing it's going to make them, and you, have an even better day! Consider what they are comfortable in.
What made you want to design your own dress?
I tried on so many other dresses before realising this is one of the few chances I'll get to invest that much time into making my dream dress, a dress that nobody else has to like or want to wear, a dress just for me. It's perfect and I don't care if nobody else likes it because I LOVE it!
