Caitlin is inspired by her muses; her Mother and friends, therefore designs classic silhouettes for her past, present and future self.

Approaching design with longevity and versatility at the forefront of her mind, Caitlin Crisp is dedicated to releasing curated collections from easy everyday pieces to eventwear… every season is filled with fun, feminine, forever pieces!

Caitlin’s Story

Caitlin Crisp was born and raised in Christchurch, New Zealand. Once finishing her fashion & design studies she began creating one-off pieces and made to measure order. Caitlin’s namesake label has organically grown into a curated collection of timeless, fun and easy to wear pieces that are elegant but full of character.

Since the business was established in 2019, the team has grown to 6 employees and many outworkers both onshore & offshore. The CC HQ is located in the heart of Auckland City’s Ponsonby.

Founder / Director

It’s me, hi, I’m the designer, it's me!
I have been sewing since I was very young, always a lover of scrunchies, bows and all things frilly! Although my job and responsibilities in the business have grown hugely in the last 5 years, I still wish I could spend all day sewing. It’s always been my mission in design to make pieces that make people feel amazing, nothing gives a woman more confidence than when they feel incredible in themselves, a pretty dress goes a long way. My mission in business is to create the most fun, supportive community who are all here because they want to be, not because they ‘have’ to be.
Proof is in the pudding - I work with all of my best friends and most of them have been with me since we started, I love my CC girls.

Logistics & E-Comm Manager

I am the Logistics & E-Comm Manager here at Caitlin Crisp! I originally started as a baby intern but was soon swept into the glamour and delight that is the day to day of the CC store. You’ll find me head first in emails, packing orders,organising our glorious stock or navigating a little piece of just about everything with the team. I have just finished my degree in Fashion Design at the same place Caitlin studied and I can’t wait to explore my creative pursuits further.

I have been working with Caitlin since the beginning in 2019, with what started as a bit of help with socials organically grew into my diverse roles as Marketing, Social & PR Manager while also assisting Caitlin with design ideas, fabric selections etc!

Production Manager

I am the Production Manager! I get to take CC’s designs and run with them, turning them into the beautiful range you get to try and buy in-store and online. When this opportunity came up, I knew it was time to move home from London and join this dream team! You can usually find me upstairs in the sunroom, coffee in hand and on the phone to all our lovely manufacturers, who make my job such a joy. I think I have the best seat in the house!

I am Caitlins Sampling Manager. I get to spend all day working on CC’s new ideas and designs! It’s incredibly rewarding seeing the collections come to life when we launch a collection. I get to show my family and friends all the pieces I have been working on for the past 6 months! I started as an intern for Caitlin when I was studying Fashion at University, she then created a part time role for me which quickly turned into full time.
