Returns & Exchange

If something isn’t quite right with your order and you would like to start the returns process please fill out this form to request a full refund or online credit up to two weeks after your date of delivery. Only garments that meet the terms of returns below will be accepted. Orders returned after the two week cut off will not be accepted. 

terms of returns;
the garment(s) returned must be unworn, in original condition with all swing tags and labels still attached. 
the garment(s) must be returned within the allocated two week period, and customers must inform the studio via the returns form or email prior to sending. 
Once the return form has been received, you will receive an email which contains a shipping label and instructions to return the parcel to our studio. This will be at the cost of the customer to return the garment(s), and will be deducted from the refund/credit. 
If you do not use our returns form, all parcels sent back to the studio must be tracked, with the tracking number provided to our customer service team. Please note the CC team does not take responsibility for orders lost in the post or orders that have not been labeled with your order details. 
in promotional periods, any "gift with purchase" must be returned to receive a full refund. If not returned, the value of gift will be deducted from the refund. 
any garments purchased on sale or with a discount are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit unless faulty. However, if you’ve ordered an incorrect size please contact to see if there is available sizes to exchange.
