When will my order arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. How quickly you will receive your CC goodies will depend on your location! Please see below for standard time frames:
New Zealand: 1-2 Business Days
Australia: 4-7 Business days.
Rest of the World: 1-2 weeks.
What size am I?
We have created a step by step guide on how to ensure you order the best size! We are more than happy to help If you ever need further assistance, please email info@caitlincrisp.com.
Where is my order dispatched from?
We hand pick and pack every order in our Auckland Showroom.
I entered the wrong address, how can I change it?
If you have entered the incorrect address, please email us at info@caitlincrisp.com with your order number and preferred shipping address.
Do you offer click & collect?
We sure do!
You are able to select local pickup at checkout.
Our showroom open hours are 9am-4pm Monday-Friday. Local pickup is not available on weekends, certain holiday periods and after hours.

How do I join Club CC?
It’s easy! Just head to our Club CC page and sign up. You will then be prompted to create an account.
Membership is 100% free, and there is no additional cost for earning or redeeming rewards. You’ll earn points by purchasing Caitlin Crisp products on our website.
Can I earn points for buying Caitlin Crisp in the CC Auckland showroom?
Yes! We accept points for every dollar spent at our CC retail brick and mortar showroom.
Make sure you pop your purchase under your CC Club profile so your points can be attributed to your account.
How do the loyalty tiers work?
Our CC Club has three Loyalty Tiers: Member, Friend of the Brand, VIP, that are based on your annual spend on caitlincrisp.com.
- Member tier: There is no minimum spend & it’s free to join! You will receive a $50 voucher with every $500 spent and will gain first access to the latest collections, promotions and events.
- Friend of the Brand tier: Once you have spent $3,000 with us you will receive all of the above as well as early access to upcoming collections, news and events + a special treat on your birthday and free shipping with every order.
- VIP Tier: At VIP level you will have spent $6,000 with us... and in turn will receive all of the above + 20% off with every order and a super special birthday gift.
What can loyalty points be redeemed for?
For discounts on your caitlincrisp.com purchase. Points for savings cannot be combined with gift card codes.
How do I check my loyalty points balance?
Make sure you're logged into your account on caitlincrisp.com. Your balance is always displayed on your Account page when you're logged in.
When do points appear in my account?
Straight after you make a purchase on caitlincrisp.com the points you have accumulated will show in your account.
Can I combine points with another discount code?
Unfortunately not!
Do my points expire?
Your points will expire after two years of inactivity.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
The points value of the returned product will be debited from your overall balance (as if you hadn't made the purchase at all).
