renting information

We rent out a select few of our extra special In House garments. These pieces are truly one of a kind and are the most whimsical of Caitlin’s creations. You can find the garment details including size, care and postage on our Rental page. Please contact info@caitlincrisp.com for further details should you require them. 

If you rent a garment but it doesn’t fit, or in the case of a change of mind, no refunds will be given. We endeavour to be as specific as possible when describing the size of a garment. 

Please adhere to our care instructions listed on each garments page, as well as the copy sent with the garment. Should we find that the garment is returned in an unacceptable condition due to negligence of care we reserve the right to retain the deposit taken at checkout, as well as charge customers for any further costs to repair damage. 

We do acknowledge that general wear and tear occurs when wearing a garment. We take this into consideration, and cost to repair small damages is built into the rental price. 

Caitlin Crisp covers the cost to send rentals to the customer, however returns are at the risk and cost of the customer once the rental period has concluded. 

Garments must be sent the day after your ‘wear’ date selected at check out, and tracking must be provided to our customer care team at helpme@caitlincrisp.com to authenticate this. Any rentals not returned on time will incur a penalty. Failure to return a garment will incur a fee at the full cost of the garment. 

Please ensure that the date you intend to wear the garment is the one selected at checkout as this dictates when we send the garment to you and when we expect it back.
